STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM
Program written specifically for each age group
by the head hockey strength coach for Minnesota State, Tom Inkrott,
Each program will last 6 weeks starting the week of August 13th
and ending thew week of September 19th .
( Labor Day will be an off day)

With each program, the goals will be directed at preparing players to peak at the right time for the season. Depending on age, the program will be weights associated, body weight, bands etc. We know each age needs something different, our specific programs will cater to those needs.
*does NOT include the use of the facility at "drop ins"
