Our Women's Circuit program is an hour of high intensity circuit training which will consist of use of wall balls, battle ropes, dumbbells, barbells, sleds, TRX, running, jumping and much more.
We are limiting each group to 14 participants!
Dates: August 28th-September 21st
Time: Wednesdays 7p, Saturday 8am
We encourage you to bring your children with that are old enough to do homework in our two rooms set up for this or bring their gear to practice, let them see their moms working hard while they are getting work done!
*Must be 16 years of age or older to sign up
